Obviously because he's a good Pokemon duh! But I mainly use him because I love that type combination and an Electric type that's imune to ground is just awesomeness in my book! Also because I need a Pachirisu replacement when having to play single battles.

Well that's pretty weird, as going by that logic here, pretty much everything is boring. Cars are boring, TV is boring, food is boring, etc.
