They don't like money huh?

Do you mean "losing money" cause it won't sell well in the west unless it did what I recommended.

"Just give the game english texts and forget about adding in the voice acting. "

Is that right? Old school lol

Better that the american audience get the game rather than never and the good thing is it doesn't cost a  whole lot to do text translations too so that namco won't have any excuses not to bring over.

Adam Boyes, you know what to do! Get on that horn and start talking. I just bought my Vita 5 days ago and loving every minute of it. I would love to play the Tales series on it.

Give me a reason to tell people the Vita is worth the money. Come on Namco.

It's a good thing they even develop games for that system to begin with LOL.

LOL The sad part is you're right about that. XD

Well I guess I'll bring up the elephant in the room. The Vita isn't exactly selling well in the West. I'd like to see them localized. It would give a reason to pick up a Vita, but unfortunately JRPGs aren't big system movers. Namco didn't port the DS Tales titles, so I wouldn't hold my breath for the Vita titles to get ported over. Honestly the best chance to get those titles would be a PS3 port. Namco has been porting PS3 Tales games as of late.

Hopefully, given that Sony don't have a right lot of Japan exclusive Vita content right now, their translation teams they've been setting up are exactly for bringing games such as Tales west.

They only need to go back to their PS1 tactic of publishing and distributing the games in the west and hopefully they can get some of this content across. Although they're not system movers like GTA and Call of Duty, getting these sort of games still would help convince more people to buy a Vita. Which is what Sony needs right now, probably far more-so than Borderlands 2, as much as I can't wait to get that on Vita.

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.

What's so surprising? Nanco doesn't seem interested in localizing anything.

A digital only release would probably make money. The problem is that pooling the same resources into localising a ps3 game yields alot more money.

The only choice here is Sony acually takng the initiative. Shahid is always saying how he is working on it. It cant be only fft0. They have tobe in negotiations with namco.

We have  to keep trying. At some point they wil do it just to shut us up.
