Rapper Daz Dillinger has sent Rockstar a cease and desist letter, after accusing the developer of using his music in Grand Theft Auto V without paying him.

TMZ reports that Dillinger's tracks "C-Walk" and "Nothin' But the Cavi Hit" are included in the game, despite Daz having turned down Rockstar's "offensively low offer of $4,271.00 for both songs."

As a result, the ex-member of Dogg Pound has issued both Rockstar and publisher Take-Two an ultimatum: Make him a better offer, or recall and destroy all unsold copies of the game.

Speaking to TMZ, Dillinger said the move as about "respecting an artist's work. Rockstar didn't do that here and I can't let them get away with it."

He's given Rockstar 14 days to respond; as soon as it does, we'll update the story.

imo he can destroy all remaining gta5 copies as gta music is usually crap.
C-songs from A star or A songs from C Stars.240 songs and nothing new or interessting to be found that is worth listening to it twice(even the lousy gta4 music was better and had with el maldades a good song i didn't knew) .Only few can do such a bad job.
Hardly can't wait for crappy gta6 music.
