6 months, This only shows it was a milking attempt by Nintendo in my opinion

Yes Milking... Thats it. Not cuz they want to give Zelda Fans something to play intill LoZ WiiU comes right? Funny thing is MM or TP would of been clearly the better choice to make more money, so no to your opinion

Well I'm a Zelda fan myself and would rather not re-buy old games just because it has HD now

why can't they remaster older games like snes ones I.e which would actually use the hd graphics, o wait maybe because they would actually have to put in recourses and require more than 6 months of dev time....I get it!

The whole reason they chose WW was because it would be the fastest. Zelda U was taking longer than expected and they needed the Wii U to have the main franchises as quickly as possible. You can't really "milk" such a small userbase, this was all about making it look like they are releasing enough games for the Wii U.

not to mention the high price they are charging for a single remaster, 49.99 for a single game when sony charged 39.99 for two games, sometimes 3 games.

Yes put Nintendo highest Remake against Sony best deal... Smart! Metroid Trilogy was good wasnt it? Pikmin 1+2 on Wii was good right? (pricing). Compare the bad apples with the good oranges. It can go either way, no offense

highest remake or not, doesn't change the fact that it's just an older game with HD treatment and minor changes in gameplay, so yeah i prefer metroid prime trilogy for the same price considering how much they change the gameplay with motion controls.  3 high quality games > 1 quality games anyday.  Believe it or not ,you don't have any idea how good the first parties remaster games were in HD especially ratchet and clank. I'm not quesfioning the quality, just the price they're asking to replay a game

I do agree with you, dont get me wrong. I csnt say wats good or bad in terms of quality. LoZ HD WW seems to be much better as far as reviews go and word of mouth. Not everybody played each original so some people dont mind the $50. Me? Im good intill i find one for $35-$40 on sale cuz i beat the original but if it were new i totally buy it. Metriod was a F***ing Steal (trilogy), I see Uncharted as well for the price it was asking. I just dont like it wen Nintendo gets singled out, cuz in terms of DLC they are beyond most fair. Can we agree on that? Pikmin 3 DLC gives you one free stage and 4 extra challeges for $1.99 only. While Sony charge $10 (not exactly sure on price) a stage and 2 extra characters for PSASBR. (SSB gives it to you free no charge as hidden characters, Come on the could of put DLC characters in PSASBR as Hidden Characters but nooooo lol)

i get what you're saying even though I'm not a DLC guy so I never realizes such differences in price, it's just people in double standards mode.  despite what i said about 49.99 asking price, i do find value in the bundle,  299.99 for a premium model with the game making it looks like a free game is a much better value for me than buying everyhing separated(299.99 console + 49.99 game).

I guess this is just one of those nintendo worst deal (pricing) especially wen comparing it to others! The bundle deal is great for sure! Hope they do a SM3DW bundle as well in the states cuz people need to get a wiiu and that game

They likely chose WW because it would be the cheapest/quickest to remake in HD as it's style requires much less detailed textures.

They should remaster all the big Wii tiles, like MARIO GALLAXY and others.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

6 Months?

Dear Nintendo; I'd be fine with Endless Ocean 2 HD, while waiting for Endless Ocean 3 on Wii U.

Sony's HD remasters like the Sly Cooper and GOW collections took old games and uprezzed them. Nintendo took Wind Waker and actually remade the entire game for Wii U. Not the same.

Damn, that is impressive.
