It's better to be excited for an exclusive game that's gonna come out in the near future rather than something like your beloved TitanFall, which won't remain exclusive and does not even have a release date yet. Not to mention that it can be downgraded like some other games you are interested in.

Is that more hope from PS only gamers than anything else.  When all is said and done, Xbox gamers will be playing Titanfall for quite a while even if the game goes MP.  A lot can happen in about 2 years which is what it would take before Titanfall gets on another system.  Even than we might not see the first Titanfall but a sequel.  

Why would i play it compromised??? When i can play it on PC at 1080p 60FPS full effects??? The X1 version will be inferior and downgraded!

Depends on where you have your PC setup and how you like to game.  MY PC definitely more powerful than the X1, Hell just upgraded the vid card to an AMD 7970.  I personally like to game more on my TV so I probably will play Titanfall on the X1 if I get it.

Better than forcing yourself to like Kill Zone just so you can justify the side your on.

I have noticed a pattern with this new Kill Zone game. Notice how no one talks about the previous games and how they played. Or how the serires is special to them. All they say is "o Kill Zone looks better than any launch game on either system".

That goes to show you the mind set here. People forcing themselves to like this game/franchise because

1. It is on a Sony playtform

2. Because it is the only retail game from Sony that doesn't LOOK dull.

 

This game reminds me of Crysis 3 so much.


Bullshit! Im a Sony fan and I can tell you that KZ was never really more then a tech demo. It playes good, it looks good, it sounds good but it has no originality or a quality story. So can we please stop with the generalization, especially when we could easily say the same about some other consoles fanbase, and an IP that they all love and care for.

The video showed nothing that would change my mind. It looks more of the same with better graphics and a wider color palette.

I didn't like the gameplay much. That drone can do all the work for you. It seams to have unlimited amo, better aim than you and to be immortal.

Hahaha, this thread... Sony fans arguing why Xbox fans enter this thread while the same people enter Xbox threads... Perfect, guys.
OT: The game looks incredible and a lot of FPS get their atmosphere and quality by graphics. Of course it still plays the same. I think only Titanfall next year can change this a little bit, the game looks like really fast-paced and fluid to play.
Still not sure if I will buy KZ, will wait for reviews. Will it be digitally available day one? Would be a good test for the cdn Sony will use for PS4.

cdn? But I think all PS4 releases will be available, just a shame in the UK RRP means RRP on the store. RRP is £50 for current games, stores will usually charge £40. You'd be stupid to download a new full game in the UK.

CDN means content delivery network. Nowadays you don't get big downloads from the servers of the companies themselves - you pay for services like akamai to do this for you. And the more you pay, the better it is...
