I will try to attend all white engine / SE sessions as long as they do not conflict with other sessions I'm more interested in, like Jaffe's session :) I can't miss Jaffe's session since his sessions freaking rock.

Also, during that week I will be posting a lot of stuff straight from the sessions (if, for a change, the shitty wifi actually works inside the session rooms) so expect lots of posts / updates from me during the GDC week.

So, count on me to keep you guys updated ;)

It's been announced that this game is coming for the 360 and PC.

You can find about 100 links confirming this. It's a little old but since they have the White Engine running for all three plattforms, it makes sense to release the game on PS3, 360, and PC.

How on Earth did PS3 hijack this thread when the MMO in question has been in the works for 360 for a few years by now?

That site said that based on the fact that it would run on the old engine, and this one will run on the white engine, optimised for PS3, and will also work on 360, and so probably PC, giving you your platforms

 Indeed. To release any MMO without PC support would be folly imo. That is where the players and dollars are at.

didn't they just release an expansion for FF11 not too long ago? If they do make a new FF mmo, i don't think it would come out for a few more years since ff11 is still pretty popular.

I don't understand why they licensed out UE3.0 for the Last Remnant if they a fully functional multiplatform in-house engine.

I don't even HAVE a 360! Good God you Sony fanboys are sad. Hilarious, but still sad.

From what I understood, FFXIII was supposed tobe the premiere game using the White Engine. Last Remnant is supposed to be released before it, so instead of delaying the game until after XIII and the White Engine is complete, they went with UE to get it out as soon as possible.
