Death Wish in this sense meant refusing to kill Michael and Trevor and facing all of their enemies, whereas killing either Michael or Trevor would appease their respective enemies and result in fewer people coming after you.

I would personally choose death wish, I haven't played the game yet though so I wouldn't know.

I think they made it pretty obvious to pick C. If you picked A or B, then hopefully you made some sort of manual save close to that point in the game.

Why would you kill off Trevor? He's like the most interesting (and humorous) character in the game!

I did the exact same thing, I assumed death wish would kill franklin so I pick A because I played Trevor the least even tho he was my favorite character. I hope rockstar do a patch to undo that choice. I stopped playing the game after that because if I can't get 100% there's no point in doing the side missions or anything else.

Yea I picked death wish after beating it with that choice and seeing the other two outcomes option C seems like the true ending.
