Have you used head tracking before? Maybe the single player would be okay with it for some. But playing MP like that would be bad.

Hopefully BF4 is at least running at 900p. Not much of a difference between 900p and 1080p. 720p just won't cut it for any game next gen, but I will make an exception for Killer Instinct.
head tracking in cover mode for FPS will be pure awesomeness, finally I won't look like tard leaning on my couch.... since it is already a naturally occurring reflex for me it makes complete sense... especially if you can do a progressive peak...

It sounds cool at first but I can't really figure if I would like it or not, I wouldn't mind trying it though. An yeah, the shit would have to be buttery smooth.
I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Well, never did I think I would see the day.
Mmmfishtacos praises Forza 4 on the Xbox 360 with Kinect cause it delivers what they want. Multiple screen set up, and Head tracking!
That's awesome! Hope you are enjoying the game, and showing your support to the Turn 10 Studios development on Xbox.
Still, depending on how it's done, it might be even more useful on the Xbox One in BattleField 4.

That's probably not the head tracking they are talking about. All this is is rotation, not translation.
It's not at all something you'd want in an fps.
I played some game with head tracking on PC some years ago. I didn't like it much, it just feels unnatural, because you have to move your head, but your eyes keep focused on the screen. It's really strange, I can't even describe it. It just doesn't equal the natural movement you would do in RL.
But maybe it just takes some getting used to, I don't know. Nice feature nonetheless, as everyone who doesn't want to use it can just ignore it.

Certainly doesn't make him a better driver, I wouldn't want his Drivatar going into that first corner.
Translation would be better for racing too, too many times I've tried to peak over crests to no avail. Leaning left/right to get a better view is less disruptive too instead of turning your viewpoint, at least for me. I usually lose the driving line when I turn my viewpoint. Leaning to shift your view through the tv window is natural, both viewpoint and car turning on a fixed screen feels all wrong.
At least they have the option to use it. EA could very well be on to something, head tracking for eight player online match. I doubt they will make use of it for something silly intentionally.
