Either there is a lot of people lying or most of the members here are not "true" videogame consumers
(this is just sarcasm, don´t take it seriously, ok?)
It goes Platformers, action/adventure, fighters, JRPGs for me.
Signature goes here!
I did not answer the poll as JRPGs are way to different to be be considered the same as the almighty WRPG. Open world freedom is the best.
Platforming! *swoon*
Super Mario Bros., Sonic the Hedgehog, Donkey Kong Country, Rayman, Banjo-Kazooie, Kirby, Crash Bandicoot... the list of amazing platformers goes on and on!
Here's my top 10 platforming games of all time... ALL TIME!
10. Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest (SNES)
9. Yoshi's Island (SNES)
8. New Super Mario Bros. U/New Super Luigi U (Wii U)
7. Banjo-Kazooie (N64)
6. Super Mario 64 (N64)
5. Super Mario World (SNES)
4. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Genesis)
3. Super Mario Galaxy (Wii)
2. Sonic & Knuckles (Genesis)
1. Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii)
I like pretty much every genre but FPS/TPS would edge out the others.
Controller since I don't really have the room or money for a proper wheel setup. For Forza games its not a major disadvantage to play them with a controller but to get all the trophies in GT5 you pretty much need a wheel.

No Super Metroid?????? Invalid.
Mostly RPGs and Platformers, one tells a story while the other gives you lust meaningful gameplay. Whats not to love?
