How many of these are English dub?

I can't find anything for Hourou Musuko so even if I wanted to try it.... I've looked into Sword Art Online, not interested.

puella magi madoka magica is the only one I can find english dubs for, and I dunno about it......

Madoka is considered best anime of 2011, is being adapted into 3 movies, and is a seinen.

Aoi Hana and Usagi drop should be english dubbed. Bakemonogatari probably isn't, most of the humor is already lost in translation with subs and notes.

Considered best anime of 2011 by whom? Seriously, I would love to know the name of a good aggrigate rating site for Anime. I looked at animenfo and watched many of the best anime's there, but I would love a second source.

As for Sweet Blue Flowers, I really don't like High School Anime's, I'm 24 and it feels like it's targeted towards people who's priorities in life make no sense, and relationships which 99.5% of the time are targeted towards virgins and have an over-zealous and overly complicated view on sex and relationships. Basically I don't like high school drama.

As for Bunny Drop, I could like that, maybe. It's different, and short, so why not give it a shot? I'll think about it.

I'm more into epicly serious, well written, well animated, or just plain stupid anime's. This is why Elfin Lied (Serious take on psychopathology), Code Geass (well written), Black Lagoon (well animated) and High School of the Dead (Stupid funny) are my favorite animes. Plus any anime which combined 2 or more of the above is just insane (FMA and DBZ).

Dub? Sorry, I have no idea.

Durarara!! probably has a dub version, if you haven't seen that already. Gurren Lagann, which seems goofy at first but really kicks into gear later. Shiki was really good, it's vampire anime that treats it in a serious way.

Madoka reviews :

best story 2011 : http://randomc.net/2012/01/04/the-best-of-anime-2011/

http://www.forevergeek.com/2011/12/10-best-anime-of-2011/

and probably a few others.

And me, and believe it or not, i didn't miss any hit in 2011 and 2012; and 2011 was freaking awesome (usagi drop, steins gate, mawaru penguindrum, denpa onna =3)

There is even a beat them all adaptation from tower frontier (tasofro), an official game, three manga series, fandom everywhere, etc

For high school animes well ... I've been an otaku for 10 years now. I had enough. Sweet blue flowers, is, before anything a josei (targets 18-25 women).

You may like Baccano and Durarara (Urban fantasy, well written, very different atmosphere, a lot inspired by snatch, weird but cool design), considering your taste, but not sure.

For stupid but funny, the best are k-on and lucky star. Seriously. There is Haruhi, and probably the most in your taste if you liked High school of the dead "Baka to test to shoukanjo"

G Gundam
Samuria 7
Durarara
Vandread
Samuria Deeper kyo
Sword Art Online
Ruroni Kenshin
History's strongest Disciple
I heard in a year or so adult swim/toonami will be showing Attack on Titan(or it's atleast getting dubbed) really good show!!!

Try "Rourini Kenshin" better known as "Samurai X" in the west.

How about some movies Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Appleseed. It should not be hard to find English dub or Dual Audio of these classics.

I also suggest "Wolf Children: Ame & Yuki" this is also already in English language.

I can understand the praise for Madoka. But it is difficult to recommend it without spoiling something.

My recomendations:

Angel Beats

Chobits

Code Geass

Dance in the vampire bund

Death Note

Rozen Maiden

Soul Eater

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Tsubasa Chronicles

Zombie Loan

XXXholic

I am not sure if they are english dub, cause I watch german dubs.

Death Note has a pretty good dub also pokemon well until ash voice actor got puberty. And Fate Zero although I haven't watched this show in dub yet but it should be good.

Fate/Zero is Japanese only. I watched Fate/Stay, didn't really like it, but if you watch the Anime Zone review of Fate Zero then I still might like Fate/Zero. Waiting for an english dub.

Loved Death Note.

Pass on Pokemon.

Fate Zero has an english dub

Maybe its still hard to find online for free i guess
