Have you been drinking again dude? :P

Wii Party U is going to be like Wii Play- complete and utter trash, lambasted by gamers and critics alike... but casuals will flock to it. This crap will likely sell more than Pikmin 3.
Human contact, the final frontier.
Idk because it has the Wii Remote Plus and the stand with the game for only $50. If the game gets good reviews I could see this selling really well, not only among casuals but some hardcore too just because of the amazing value.

Casuals didn't leave Nintendo. Nintendo left the casuals.
And Wii U party is a birdman game, so the answer to the OP should be obvious.
I LOVE ICELAND!

is a joke thread?
Of course it will sell more than Pikmin 3, it is a Wiimote+ with a free game
Pikmin 3 was not a smash hit. But yeah, I can see Wii Party U selling really well. The bundled Wiimote is a great incentive to buy the game but frankly this is more than just a value-for-money thing: Packing a Wiimote in there signals a return to the Wii philosophy to customers - easy to get into, low entry price, multiplayer focused, open for everyone. Did anyone else get the impression that Nintendo is moving away from advertising the gamepad? (None of the holiday games actually need it.)

I hope you're right about Nintendo and the gamepad.
the gamepad was a disaster.
I LOVE ICELAND!

If it doesn`t do better than Pikmin 3 it will really be surprising.
With the holidays coming it will surely sell a lot!

It will outsell Pikmin 3 but that's a very minor accomplishment.
IT would have decent sales (not great) many 2-3m tops except for the inclusion of the wiimoteplus. While this is a great value for wiimote/game, I really question how many people need yet another Wiimote? Vertually anyone who would buy a WiiU, had a Wii and no doubt had 2-4 wiimotes for that.
It's also unintuitive. WiiU sales on the gamepad yet this game comes with a wiimote. That is confusing to casuals because if anything you'd expect it's come with a second gamepad.
Flingsmash and WiiPlay Motion both floundered when packed in with a wiimoteplus late in Wii's life. I don't think this will fair much better. It should be offered without the wiimoteplus.
