Forums - Nintendo - How the heck are we supposed to reach the 2DS touchscreen?

Piece of cake. You need to keep in mind that the 2DS touch screen is slightly smaller than the 3DS's and a lot closer to the hand than you may think.

Besides, most of the time when you have to use the touch screen a lot you are expected to use the stylus and let go of the right/left side completely.

I almost never use my thumbs but the stylus and for that I have to hold the system with one hand,

Exactly.

I think you guys are the ones that have been doing it wrong.

Extra long stylus. Duh.

It's not really that big of a deal. There are not very many games on 3DS that really demand you to use the touch screen.

The point is, Nintendo doesn't really want you to touch it. In fact, they don't really want you to buy the 2DS at all.

They just want you to look at it in wonder and awe of how someone could come up with such a predicament.

Well, Tbone, how well is this going to sell?

I really actually don't seem to know.

Usually on games that utilize a lot of touch... you're holding it with one hand and have stylus in other.

3DS is fine, this is a response to sales, kids have ipads/etc, but with a $130 price tag plus it'll reduce to $99-$119 during holiday, with pokemon! Parents will save big and get them what they need... games!
