This I would have bought a month ago had it been out instead of the standard 3ds (3d restricted) for my 5 yr old, she is always dropping the thing and I am afraid she will break it in half lol this is what she gets if she does manage to break it, though the rule is strapped to the wrist whenever using it.

Wait: the concept would be good, 3D screen is bad for a quite large minority, a lower price is surely good, and a case in one piece, without hinges, can be better for some games, but the implementation is horrible! But after all, if you take 3D out of 3DS, isn't what you get a sort of DSi?

it needs around five million a month. meaning over 1.2 million each week or so on avarege. im not really that worried. 

I'm sure you already know, but the distribution doesn't have to be 5m per month.  Nov and Dec will obviously be higher than Aug, Sept, and Oct.
