glitches aside, it doesn't look very fun. But the single player has he set pieces to keep it lively.

I'm gonna get this game. Actually, I'm gonna buy 10 copies of this game just to help it in being a success and to help Crytek.

And I won't even get an Xbox One.

Has it ever occurred to you that the game is still in development.

It's coming out in 2-3 months, so it should be pretty much finished by now. 

Usually devs take the last couple months to just fix up glitches..... From waht I've seen, Ryse is beyond repair. 

The thing I find to be the biggest turn off about that video in the OP is the area affect lightning(?) attack.

Other than that it looks like Crytek checked out Gladiator Battle from Sports Champions and made it into a full fledged, but non-motion controlled, game. Personally I think Ryse would be an awesome Move / Kinect game. As a button mashing H'n'S however I think it lacks the fluidity of a GoW or Ninja Gaiden which is the hallmark of great H'n'S.

Unfortunately because a lot of the hard core have a default setting of Kinect/Move = bad the game would not have done well as Kinect only. But I think they should implement a Kinect option. Of course playing with motion control most people would not be able to play for more than about 20 minutes at a stretch because that gameplay looks like a damned good workout.

This will be one of the launch titles I will probably be picking up. It looks very good IMO

They simply look like bugs that should be ironed out by release.

Ryse isnt a traditional hack n slash like gow dmc or bayonetta. Its a typical action game.

Doesn't look like there is a lot of action TBH.

That's like saying I'm a huge fan of Mario Kart so I'm gonna get Gran Turismo or Forza. Its not the same type of game.
