Dragon's Crown for such a great game isn't doing to hot either being only Sony exclusive titles.

To provide a bit of perspective on why this statement is ill-informed:
http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=74365419&postcount=75
DC sell-through ratio:
PS3 ver: 94.73%
PSV ver: 83.38%
Sold through 95% of its initial shipment on PS3 in the first week - so it was pretty much sold out everywhere. It's impossible to have a better first week than that (meeting the publisher's highest expectations).
And here's a comparison of Vanillaware's previous games:
{1997-12-11} [SAT] Princess Crown (Atlus) - 27,600 / 27,600 *
{2005-09-22} [PSP] Princess Crown (Atlus) - 11,816 / 22,466
{2007-04-12} [PS2] GrimGrimoire (Nippon Ichi Software) - 14,865 / 36,586
{2007-05-17} [PS2] Odin Sphere (Atlus) - 60,820 / 96,280
{2008-09-25} [NDS] Kumatanchi (Dimple Entertainment) - 3,500 / 5,567 **
{2009-04-09} [WII] Muramasa: The Demon Blade (Marvelous Entertainment) - 23,900 / 45,825
{2010-02-25} [WII] Muramasa: The Demon Blade [Everyone's Recommendation Selection] (Marvelous Entertainment) - 8,025 / 29,823
{2013-03-28} [PSV] Muramasa Rebirth (Marvelous AQL) - 39,248 / 74,207
{2011-09-01} [PSP] Grand Knights History (Marvelous Entertainment) - 63,672 / 110,033
{2013-07-25} [PS3] Dragon's Crown (Atlus) - 109,031 / 109,031 *
{2013-07-25} [PSV] Dragon's Crown (Atlus) - 75,506 / 75,506 *
Dragon's Crown sold more first week on PS3 than any other Vanillaware title sold lifetime (except Grand Knights History). That's not even counting the Vita version's sales.
And remember that digital is a factor for Dragon's Crown whereas it wasn't for any other Vanillaware game except Muramasa (Vita) and Grand Knights History (PSP).
So all in all, the FW sales should have massively exceeded any expectations anyone had for the game. Anything after that is just gravy.

Oh dear....Please do some research before saying such silly things -.-
This is Vanillaware's highest selling game, and not only that it sold nearly all its stock which means to destoryed the publishers expectations.

I realised my mistake after I'd typed about 90% of my reply, but since I'd already put the effort in I just went with it.

You know you are in the bottom of the misery when 9k units for Wii U this week feels like good news. Guess I need at least a little rest of looking at Wii U and just focusing on 3DS. Nintendomination!
