Because Nintendo will need to do something that succeeds 3D. Nintendo will be the first to enter the 4th dimension!!! O_o!

The only game I played with 3d on from start to finish was Mario. RE I had it on about 20% of the time. For the rest (NFS, Street Fighter, MGS, F1, Splinter Cell) not much.

I think one problem with the 3D is that it has no anti-aliasing. Games with complex graphics seem to simply look sharper in 2D. With Mario's cartoonish graphics, the 3D looked OK.

So you can feel the screen, you no longer need buttons because the screen lets you feel buttons on it!?!?!?!?!

I barely use 3D, I think the ghosting on the 3DS is really terrible. Especially with Donkey Kong Country, I couldn't stand it even at the minimum setting. There are very few games that have good 3D, it works well in Animal Crossing most of the time. But even then, it is getting on my nerve to always stay inside that sweet spot. So I just turn 3D off because it's more comfortable.

The only exception are GB games. I use 3D there all the time because it makes it look like I'm playing on a real Game Boy! But other than that, no 3D for me. 2D is just fine.

Depends on the game, really. If the feature is implemented badly I'll get headaches from it. Since I don't want to test the limit for each game I only turn the 3D on during cutscenes and boss fights. I don't think this has affected my experience in any game so far.

Tried it once in a friends' 3DS. Since then whenvever I play on a 3DS the first thing I do is disable it (I do the same thing with rumble, btw).

I use it all the time. Games look better with it on. By a good distance.

I have it on nearly always, because I have no big problem with it. But I also say it is mostly needless, Nintendo should have focused in marketing on StreetPass (which is a great feature) and probably shouldn't have used 3D if that would have kept the price lower. Anyways, some games have great 3D, especially Kid Icarus and Fire Emblem (and yes, I think the 3D in the gameplay is even cooler than in the cutscenes). But I would have liked the games anyways, so 3D is really more or less useless.

No its absolutely terrible, poor graphics, its a gimick that is all.
