*cough* Ehm, here it is possible to index games, movies etc. that are outrageous violent or that make violence look harmless. Too avoid this, many game producers censor their games. It's similar with the United States, but over there are the sexual contents the ones that bring censorship. Remember Hot coffee mod? That wouldn't be a scandal in Germany. It get's some rating like 16 or so, to avoid the youth seeing this and no other problem.
