It's so bad that your more likely to be "accidently" shot in a situtation confronted by the police, then if you were in the same situation and confronted by someone with a concealed carry liscense.

Well, he probably smoked weed before and he probably got suspended from school at least once as a kid, so hes likely just a thug who tried to attack the cops and got what he deserved.
