Yes, if a person is naturally violent or apart of a gang or even lives a life of crime, they are a thug. In other words a menace to society. Technically speaking, Treyvon wasn't a thug, he is what in highschool my friends called a burnout. The word thug is just pressed upon African-American's and Hispanic-American's when they slip up in society.

What I don't get is that trayvon was wearing a hoodie, don't they live in Florida? Why need a hoodie....this would autmatically make you look like a suspect no matter if your black or white in my opinion!

lol. All i know though are the facts. Which say she refused to give a statement without a lawyer present and the police spokesperson saying that zimmerman was cooperating and that he was released because there was no victim or crime.  I find it funny though. An altercation probably happened. The threatening with a gun? Probabky not or else there would be charges. You can bet your ass on that. The number 1 wanted man in america. I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one.  No idea what did or did happen between the two but I'm personally familiar with situations where the police were called, there was obvious evidence that an altercation had happened  and still no charges were filed.  Cops number one priority isn't making an arrest.  That's the last thing they want to do besides discharge their firearms (good cops, that is).  They just want to keep the peace.  In fact, unless the complainant wants to make a charge, often times no action is taken.  If there's severe or traumatic injury, then the officer will probably take it upon himself.  It isn't about right or wrong.  It's really about what you think you can prove in court.  No officer wants to go to court and look like a fool due to lack of evidence.  This latest Zimmerman situation wasn't even just her word against his.  There was at least one other victi

the thing is Z was detained. I bet you no cops made the decision to arrest or not and it was the DAs call. To which he probably refused. The cops usually dont have a say who gets charges brought up. Thats the DA.
