I need a physical copy for the boxart.

No biggie for me. I am already planning to buy several 3DS games digital (AA5 (no choice), Layton 6 and possibly Pokémon Y).
This would be my first digital purchase then, depending if I will buy a Wii U next month or September.

I bought a 1TB HD for my Wii U, even though I'll NEVER fill it since, if a game is available at retail, I'll ALWAYS buy that version. So even though I have plenty of room (over 900GB still) I'll be getting the disc version of TW101. Next gen (if there is one) for Nintendo's console/handheld/hybrid/whatever-they-make, I might consider going digital--IF they were to implement an account system where the games are tied to your username or NNID instead of the system itself. If my Wii U crashes or my 3DS gets lost/stolen, I don't wanna have to replace the system AND dozens of games. With discs and cartridges I don't have to worry about that.

i find downloadables to be a rip off. You pay the same price, but lack the physical property. If you take care of your game disc, it's good forever. If your system's HD takes a crap and say the company went under, they restructured their online system... etc, then what? Your out a game and the money you'll spend to buy it on disc. I just don't understand the "download" craze.

Yeesh, 10GBs? Much bigger than any 3DS game for sure, but I guess that's to be expected. I'll definitely have to get an external hard drive of some sort as I plan on downloading all my Wii U games so I can take advantage of the 10% back deal.

i have a 3 TB HDD for my wiiu so that little space (10gb) is nothing. i prefer digital games.

more reason to get the retail version
