I believe PS4 can manage 1.84 TFLOPS and not WiiU |
I believe Xone can't do 1.8 teraflops either. and I also know that the difference between wii u and ps4/xone isn't that big and engines are more scalable than ever. wii u could be half as strong as it is and still run the game.

Even if they downscale it to make it run on WiiU it's a lot of time and money. In the WiiU's current dynamic it would not be profitable. |
bolded: keep believing that.

"Wii U can't run them" is not being negative at all. They're just restating what Square themselves have told us. Don't get your feelings hurt from what some forum goers say.
I don't get what people have to discuss in this thread. It's up to SE and not any one of us. |
show me a link where square says that. I'll wait.
either way, I'm sure both games will be on wii u with late announcements.
Well there might be a 1% chance of them putting Kingdom Hearts 3 on Wii U but Final Fantasy XV sorry just not going to happen.

Even through his polite PR speak, he still managed to practically rule out a Wii U version.

This.
They should have both on Wii ASAP. The JRPG needs as much as it can get.

In all honesty, the development difference between DX 11/DX 11 equivelant and one API lower is so minute that using that as a means to rule out potential development is a clear case of PR bullshit. It's a backhanded way of saying no to Wii U without giving a truly valid reason.
