Well, the first Xbox was big but the 360 was very good and comfortable. PS controllers feels cheap to me (1,2,3).
I like Nintendo more because they change in every console. I don't want to pay to play with the same controller.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Same here. I want a sense of progression, of evolution with my controllers.

Best and worse in each respected generation (from Gen3 onwards).

NES - best. Simple, iconic design and high quality. Also had the best D-pad design.
SNES - best. Same as above. More rounder edges, better ergonomics and adds 2 face buttons - making it 4 by default. Which became the the standard design for controllers.
N64 - worst. I don't have three hands. Sorry.
GC - worst. Great design, ruined by the weird face buttons placement. Didn't really like the bumper triggers either.
Wii - (Wiimote) - subjective. I generally dislike motion controllers so I'm going to pass on this one. (Pro controller) - arguably the best.
Wii U - not tried the controller/s but the Gamepad bulky design doesn't lend itself to look like it'll be comfortable to play on on longer sessions. Ergonomics also doesn't look so hot. (Pro controller) - Again, not tried it.. but the pad looks like a great design overall.

Jeezz! Easy on the quote trees.

I do not like the wii mote. Sensor bar takes batteries as does the remotes. Burns through them pretty fast as well. I think Nintendo made a deal with the battery companies.

Buy rechargable batteries and all your worries will wash away.

Well, it's a mixture of the good, the bad, and the ugly.

NES, SNES, and Wii are great.

N64 had some great features, but only two-thirds of the controller were used at one time.

I have a lot of fond memories of the GCN controller, especially the Wavebird, but the weird shapes and sizes of the buttons (and the tiny D-pad) were less than ideal.

Wii U GamePad: so far, so good. Comfortable, inventive, and easy to use.

The Gamepad is suprisingly comfortable. Didn't believe it either before I used it. The Pro controller is shaped like a Xbox360 controller, which many regard as the most ergonomic controller last Gen. Nintendo dun good with both WiiU controllers.

The Wii controller is great for FPS games like Metroid Prime. Its almost as accurate as mouse controls.

For me I get tired of holding my arm up after a while.

Best controller of all time = NGC Wavebird. That thing is incredible to hold.

I personally love the N64 controller, its comfortable to use and i associate it with so many great memories.
The Wii controller is incredible, whether you like the wii or not, you cannot deny that it turned the gaming community upside down with its success through simplicity

It's GCN.

Also, agree 100%

Really? I keep my arm in my lap and move the Wii controller with my wrist so i dont have to hold my arm up. Its quite comfortable imo.
