I just recently found out about him while I was watching Last of Us videos. He seems cool, but sometimes he gets very annoying to the point where I have to stop the video.
His recent "Outlast Gameplay" video was hella funny though.
I Subscribed to him when he was only at about 300k subscribers. It's really amazing how much that number has grown in such a short time period. Use to watch him a lot especially during his amnesia lets plays.
Now I mainly watch Rooster teeth videos, those guys are hilarious.

I used to be subscribed to him but his jokes got old and obnoxious.
How do people not know him? :p
His videos are not about the games, they're all about him, personally I think there are far more entertaining (and much less obnoxious) players on Youtube, and some of his 'fans' are absolutely the worst, I remember there was a time whenever I tried to watch a play through with commentary, I would see someone in the comment section screaming 'pewdiepie is better' or 'you copied pewdiepie', disgusting.
Video game forums are where are all the Let's Playing hipster haters go to nest and make fun of people who enjoy them or make them, while the people who like them make fun of the hipsters. Just a big ol cycle of hate, I love it.
