dlc worth it

first off just finished walking dead and holy crap, I was expecting it to be average but it was incredible. except for the nearly unplayable chapter 2 and 3 on ps3 the game would freeze and skip so you miss nearly every conversation choice.

but what I want to know is is the disc required for the dlc. Because i just finished a rented copy and retunring it tomorrow so I have a completed save. Is that ewnough to download 400 day dlc or do you need the disc in the tray or the downloaded game

and ofcouse is the dlc as good as the game.

I played 400 Days this week - my impressions were 'meh' - it's more of the same, just less epic as it usually is with addons/dlcs - I didn't even care if the characters lived or died because I knew that it wouldn't impact the ending anyway. This series was a disappointment in that regard because I had planned to replay them but when I learned that there is only one ending I lost all motivation to replay.

Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.

Yes I believe you have to have the disk since it's is a dlc you can get the whole thing cheaper than used on Steam to be honest

The dlc is very short and is like a teaser of New characters so if you liked the original enough you should download it, it will only take you one setting to finish it before returning the copy.

Certainly the weakest episode of them all.

Also one extremely shitty achievement.

I don't know how the disc version handles it, but for the downloadable version it's enough if you have the first epsiode to play any other episode (including 400 Days).
I don't think it works as a standalone title.

eh the story is over, and I'm over it.

Personally not going to bother with this dlc.

I really loved the main game and I think the DLC is worth the 5$ its just not as good as the first season but if you plan on getting the second episode then you should play it

I played yesterday and it was AMAZING!
Really AWESOME, it is a bunch of short stories that you play in short bursts, very bright way to make DLC.
I highlly recommend it if 5 dollars is not much money to you. If you are short of it, then, no. There are full games fo 5 bucks on psn plus, like LEGO or Sorcerer
Monetary issues aside, I give this DLC a 9/10.

It is a issue with your copy man, I played 4 times the entire game on PS3, not even a single glitch or freeze. Take it back to the store and demand that they give you another copy.

It is 5 brand new short stories with brand new characters, it is really superb. I have seen you around here and you have good taste. For that, I think you would love it.

The Rock Scissors Paper? Man, it took me 5 tries to win, but I liked it.
