Tiago* please xD
But yeah that's it!
well, whatever it was or whoever "teased" it, I'm still 100% confident that Halo MCC will not go to the PC. Closest thing you'll get is the Windows 10 streaming option from an Xbox One. Same goes for Halo 5 and future Gears of War games.
I only see this happening if they go full pc and consoles start to lose their market viability.
edit: saw the conversation above posted by ryuu. However, I still maintain what I said.

Last gen we had that atlus support, that's the point, XBO lost everything by lack of incentive. |
The thing is, MS can't pay Japanese devs forever for every single game. I mean, these Japanese devs surely try to exploit this situation and they did it last gen but nobody can expect from a company like MS that they will always and forever pay some devs of a certain country for the games they work on just to bring them to Xbox.
When I look at western devs and how often they said before release of PS4/XBO that they will support it heavily because it's also the devs job to make these machines a success and then I look at Japanese devs I can only laugh about them and how they seem to think that everything will be always fine without them helping to let this industry grow as big as possible.
I would also like to see every Japanese game on Xbox but I can also understand why MS doesn't moneyhat them anymore since that's pretty much how these Japanese devs think now, that MS has to pay them which is just ridiculous and almost like blackmailing (yes, I'm serious, it's either that or Japanese devs are really so braindead that they think everything will be done for them and they don't have to do anything without a cheque in a time where it's so easy to port a game to a console and if it would be only as digital release)

This gen is just over 1 year old Tiago. And incentive? Even as the market leader (X360), they never got cozy with MS like they did with Sony and Nintendo. That extra money(business incentive), they didn't want it.
They're not more special than Undead Labs for example that sold more than 1 million copies of State of Decay alone on X360. Behemoth sold more than 1 million copies of Battleblock Theater as well.
God this thread had turn so differently the last time I have been here. I don't really know what to say about Xbox games going to PC but want to say that some of you guys really need to calm down and stop blaming Phil Spencer as if he forced you guys to purchase the Xbox One early. It was you guys who decided to purchase the console early you guys could've just waited and see if there were things that was worth purchasing for the Xbox One otherwise you guys wasted like $400. If there is someone to blame on your decisions on your early purchases it is you guys and not Phil Spencer.

I don't care, Microsoft will never win if they don't get the big jp games.
xbo already lost many of the 360 buyers because of that, and will only lose more and more. They better just give up all together and go pc only, if they continue like this.

Yup it will only get worse, I know.
they hit a different kind of userbase. the ones buying sod also buy the hundreds of zombies games out there, for example.
If you want to win, always Microsoft speech, they need variety. X360 had that, and they almost won, rising a lot from the first Xbox.

Personally, I think people are just exaggerating spencer's statements.
True exclusives will still be there. It's just that some that make sense to go on pc (fable legends with its f2p model and crossplay) will go to pc as well.
That's how I'm looking at it anyways.

no one company needs to win or achieve first place to be successful in this market.
