To be honest I don't think anyone is wrong.

-Tiago is not wrong for wanting a few jrpg (no matter how unlikely)

-Fans have a right to not be excited to hear no need for XB1, XB1 is dead.... for the next 3-5 years.

I am happy to see the ID@Xbox games coming. I hope Firewatch ends up coming to consoles. It looks really good.

On a side not, ill be buying Shovel Night now even though i wasnt planning on before xD Super excited to see the full Battletoads though. Also im kind of curious in Gigantic. Love the artstyle and TPS games are actually my favorite.

Cant wait til e3

Is it not on consoles?  I thought it was for some reason.  Love the artstyle of that game though

I think they're aiming for PC only at release, with possible ports to consoles at a later date. I just hope Sony doesn't moneyhat it like they did No Man's Sky, I'll be really dissapointed if they do.

I dont think No Man's Sky is moneyhatted.  I think they just chose Sony.  Itll also be coming to PC and prob XBO at a later point

I could see Halo 5 and Gears 4 staying Xbox One exclusives for a few years before they bring them to PC, they could even stay exclusives permanently. 1-2 years sounds likely for the rest. And then there will be some that are on both at release, such as Fable Legends and Gigantic.

My biggest question right now is just how many PC devs will make their games available on Xbox One through Windows 10's universal aps. I'd love to see typical PC exclusives such as MMO's, MOBA's, and RTS games make it to Xbox One with both mouse and keyboard and controller support. If MS could make that happen I'd be completely ok with this shared philosophy since my Xbox One is more powerful than my PC right now. However if they're just going to take exclusives from Xbox One and not give us many former PC exclusives in return, that would totally bite.

That's the thing I have an issue with currently, see I want to buy an XB1, I got over what happened in 2013 and how they replaced Don with Phil and all that but for months on end I'm seeing the XB1 losing it's exclusives to PC and other platforms which to me devalues the console in my eyes generally because I value what the console holds in terms of unique exclusives the same way I look at PC and other platforms, all platforms have their own exclusives but losing some isn't really a good thing, sure there's more players to play the games but you have to think about the value people see in the money they spent when they find it's of less value.

Currently I'm only gaming on PC (with 3DS) and I'm waiting for Wii U to go down a little futher in price, they already have exclusives I know that aren't going anywhere and ones I'd want, I'm also waiting for the same to happen for the XB1 but really I'm seeing this mixed distortion of promises for XBox gamers and then a swing around peace offering stolen from their console to offer towards PC gamers like myself, I don't mind it but it's not really a full on unique effort from them, it's simply taking something unique they crafted/gave to XB1 owners and simply lied and try to make face with PC gamers that they've ignored for a few years.

I'd much rather phil stick to his guns and make XB1 exclusives stay exclusive, hold them down and batten down the hatches, make new studios and games for both PC and XB1, they killed off their famous studio that made the PC exclusive Age of Empires series, PC lost an exclusive franchise and part of the genre when MS killed them off, Halo Wars was their last game which was 360 exclusive (that and a Halo style MMO planned), that effectively got them canned when it sold poorly compared to other RTS games.

I know you think it's fair for both platforms to exchange exclusives but really I;d rather them retain their own and MS just craft for both, Sony was able to do it with the original PSP and at the time PS2-PS3, I'm sure since MS has more money they could do this and it would benefit both instead of simply benefitting one side, that and you also have to think that if PC loses recent MS exclusives then I'd start to feel I;m wasting money on newer hardware that MS wants me to sport to run their games the same way it would be to buy an XB1 and lose it's exclusives, it goes both ways really.

That said I'm happy with all the announcements so far, not really into all those indie games and I'm pretty sure most will go to Steam (unless Phil sticks to the guns), loving the DX12 news especially though.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

Sony definitely moneyhatted NMS, sony had been buying up every indie game they can.  Also the NMS devs have a great relationship with Phil Spencer remember their office getting flooded or something like that.  MSFT  was going to help them out

And people say there's no arguments or differing opinions in nation threads xD

xD I laughed pretty hard when I saw somebody say that in the the Nation opinion thread.

Agreed, people can't say we're a hive mind. Glad we have our own opinions. I wouldn't continue to post here if it was like that.

Different opnions are alwasy welcome!

Stop exaggerating just because you aren't happy about your situation and decision to buy an XBO.  Just sell your XBO and by a used PS4, it's sometimes hard to understand how you seem to be so unhappy like every second day about the situation but you change nothing about it and just complain more and more in this thread and that since months.... everytime I come in this thread and read some posts I missed I get to read a post of you who is once again just unhappy^^

Yes, there are some people who left Xbox to PS but most of them have other reasons for that. Xbox has clearer disadvantages in power this time (I mean, 360 often had the better multiplat versions, now almost every game has some technical advantage on PS4), 360 had a great price advantage to PS3 (this gen XB even had a disadvantage the first months) and 360 released especially in Europe much earlier as PS3 so that some bought a 360 early and their friends as well then because many buy the console their friends own so that they can play together. Not to forget the really bad press MS got before XBO release...

That are all advantages the 360 had against the PS3 and without these advantages, the 360 sales would have been lower last gen and since XBO doesn't really sell worse as the 360 did, it also doesn't seem as if everyone runs away from XB to PS. Some fo my friends did but more because of the points I mentioned. But one is already back to XB since he wasn't really happy with the Sony games.

The amount of people who would buy an XBO instead of a PS4 if XBO would get more Japanese games shouldn't be very big. I mean, who exactly would do that except a few guys on the Internet? It's not as if we speak about 20 million people or something...

And about the PC things, well some don't need an XBO if they can play the games on PC but it's all about connected devices and services on this planet atm, people can't expect that the gaming industry won't be part of this.

The only game I want for ps4 isn't even out yet and is cross plat... Why would I change sides now? I just don't see any future to Xbox, with spencer leading.

I only want the big third party games, only that.
