The government and shareholders probably won't allow MS to own Sega.

MS doesn't need to respond, they are already even with this.
Release of Spartan Strike pushed back because 343 prioritizes to fix the MCC issues. Well, does anybody really need Spartan Strike?
Lionhead has been a massive dead weight on MS's portfolio.
If they have expertise on making RPGs, why not make something that resembles Elder Scrolls, Fallout or something different like a Space RPG, Cyber/Steam Punk RPG.

Well if MS buys Take-Two I'll NOT buy their console because for me GTA feels at home on a PlayStation console and handheld and if you take that away from me I'll be angry (I still do play GTA on PC's but only for the mods, not for the base game which Rockstar developed). I'll probably limit myself to just playing God Of War games whenever they come out.
Am i the only person that doesn't mind console exclusivity. It's a business these companies are going to fight over deals, and the main point is to keep a game off a competing console. i understand that when I buy an XB1, there will be certain games I won't be able to play, it's always been like that. Also pc is not competition to any console, hence the ps4/pc combo, or the Xb1/pc combo for ryse and dr3. I'm almost positive the timed exclusivity of Tomb Raider is for the PC version, Read this quote by Phil Spencer, does this sound like a another console version is coming to consoles.
Now, obviously if I'm going to partner on it, I'm a platform holder, I'm hardly going to invest to go make the PlayStation version of any game. It is a business. So when we go invest with a partner on a big franchise, we're going to come with certain needs we have out of the relationship.
In terms of Street Fighter 5, it sounds like Capcom went from not having enough money, to having enough money, insert sony. I'm sure if sony spent some money the game is not coming to XB1
