I really dislike 2D 3D games, they're always too slow for a 2D game, an ugly for a 3D game, should have made it 2D with sprites.

Wasn't also the reason he left because they though Toriyama would be a better writer than him? (Which is the single dumbest thing I can possibly think I've heard).
