As others have said, looks better than Mario 3D World, which is crazy, that Sonic has finally caught up to his nemesis after two decades.

The asteroid and eagle powers look really cool.

Money aside, I'd likely have time for only one of them.

Probably buy Pokemon day one and save Sonic for Christmas. Something similar will likely have to give between 3D World and Tropical Freeze.

Hmmm guess i have a game to buy in october. Though its the 3DS version. I might be getting the Wii U next year though, and then i will get that version aswell. :)

looks like too much 2d. wish they would get over this "hybrid" tone. I really liked colors 3d sections. This game looks like an improvement over colors, but again i feel like the 2d just gets in the way. That's not to say i hate the 2d. I just wish it was in a different all 2d game.

I agree tbh. I dont like how they mix all up. Do it like mario and have the full 3D series and the full 2D series.

Not half assed efforts like Sonic 4 episode X. A proper sized retail game.
Though i really thought Sonic 4 episode 2 was great, there just wasnt enough of it.

But I like the 2D/3D mix! Adds much variety to the gameplay and gives a nostalgic feel!

October will be Nintendo's month then. Pokemon for 3DS and Zelda, Sonic and Batman for Wii U.
