The only one that comes to mind is Sweet Tooth, but Twisted Metal isn't a big enough franchise ...and a Psycho-Murder-Clown wouldn't make a good mascot anyway.

The mascot must be the most popular and recognizable character from Playstation brand. That's Kratos, in MY OPINION.
