And smartphones and closed down every Internet Cafe because of online gambling. I don't think our politicians can get much dumber.

The judge should get executed for being part of the 90% of stupid humanity.

so you think that 90% of all humans should be executed in the end?

Nothing would change as the remaining 10% will be the new 100% and you'll again have the 90% stupid here.

The question is wether the judge had a choice to rule in a different way.

As I know in the Unite States many prisons are run by private companies and this is where this problem really comes from imo and why such total stupid laws are made.

Those private prisons need to be filled 90%+ to be really profitable and when they sea that the population is too peaceful(few customers) and they can't fill their prisons 90%+ anymore they pay politicians like jeb bush to make more restrictiv laws. The more restrictive laws are,the more things that were legal before are now ciminalised. The more years the suspect is jailed the more money for the private prison can be earned.

And nothing is more effective in a coutry with lots of guns than 10-20 years prison for warning shots.

The moral of the story is this. Stay out of Florida. Seriously. There is another case that's batshit insane. A guy shot into a car full of teenagers because they didn't turn down their music. Hey killed one of them.

Do some more research. There is more this story than simply "warning shots".

Well the new 100% would have to become stupid first.

And yes I forgot there is also the problem of private prisons....     tbh   prisons, post, ambulance, fire fighters, cops, hospitals, airports + the security, water, electricity, public transportation and stuff like the Federal Reserve  should NEVER ever be private.

an excerpt on the case

"On Aug. 1, 2010, Alexander was working for a payroll software company. She was estranged from her husband, Rico Gray, and had a restraining order against him, even though they'd had a baby together just nine days before. Thinking he was gone, she went to their former home to retrieve the rest of her clothes, family members said.

An argument ensued, and Alexander said she feared for her life when she went out to her vehicle and retrieved the gun she legally owned. She came back inside and ended up firing a shot into the wall, which ricocheted into the ceiling.

Gray testified that he saw Alexander point the gun at him and looked away before she fired the shot. He claims she was the aggressor, and he had begged her to put away the weapon.

A judge threw out Alexander's "stand your ground" self-defense claim, noting that she could have run out of the house to escape her husband but instead got the gun and went back inside. Alexander rejected a plea deal that would have resulted in a three-year prison sentence and chose to go to trial. A jury deliberated 12 minutes before convicting her."

so she had a chance to walk away but instead came back armed and ended up shooting.

For whole story,

Granted 20 years is a really stiff sentence and i hope it gets knocked down. I don't think this has to do with racism. Leaving and coming back with a gun shows premeditation if anything. To draw a parallel to the zimmerman case if he had gone back to his house after spotting Trayvon to grab his gun it would've shown premeditation and he would've more then likely been charged as guilty. It's speaks alot to the intent of the person.

Florida law is dumb.

Alexander's case has drawn support from domestic abuse advocates - and comparison to the case of neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman, who has claimed a "Stand Your Ground" defense in his fatal shooting of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin.

Zimmerman was not a stand your ground case. it was just self defence. different types of cases and defense. the cases cant really be compared.

This is what happens when kneejerk reactions are made and laws are put in place with out thinking them through. Judges and Jury's cant write the law, only follow it.

They do compare since guns were used in both cases. She hurt nobody and she is going away for 20 years. And he murdered someone and gets off free. Before you take into account the laws this just seems racist. And after the laws come in its just stupid.

Putting race into everyting is the problem. The law was not made to allow hispanic people to shoot black people, nor was it meant to punish black women who shoot at their abusers. These were 2 very different cases, with the only thing in comon being the use of gun. I dont see the point in compariung, especially when the opening articles contain massive incorrect information. Such as the laws being used to prosecute each person. I am going to bet that the woman was not in the process of beging beaten the time she shot her ex. I could be wrong, unfortunalty the article does not actually mention what happended.

Laws are made by people. Mostly white people in this country. And the things about laws is they can change. What you don't want to see is happening. So don't tell me it is not race when it is. My opinion. Not fact just an opinion. I am I titled to that. Unless you think people of a different race then you are not intitled to that.

And yes I forgot there is also the problem of private prisons....     tbh   prisons, post, ambulance, fire fighters, cops, hospitals, airports + the security, water, electricity, public transportation and stuff like the Federal Reserve  should NEVER ever be private.

especially the Federal Reserve as they have your country by the balls(the banking families that own and controle the FED like Morgans,Rockefeller and Rothschild=autonom city of london(even the queen of england has to ask for permission by the citys mayor if she wants to enter the city(no joke) and as the dollar is the world reserve currency they got the world by the balls in combination with the imf and world bank.

And prison in private hands = prisons are used for the interest of the prison owners and not to resocialise criminals-interest of people(that"s expensive).

Another Problem:Resocialised criminals will never ever come back=smaller profits. But if you treat a prisoner that way(keep him aggressive and uneducated)that he will become a criminal again he will return to your prison .

but back to topic

1)As soon as you remove the 90%stupid of a system(6.7 billion people) the remaining 10%(700mio) will become 100%

2)the remaining 100% will sooner or later be again divided into the upper 10%(70mio) and stupid 90%.(630mio)

3)this new stupid 90%(iq 120+) will be more intelligent than the previous 90%(iq 100)but they will still remain the stupid 90%and some people will complain about them, just on a higher level and if you again remove the stupid 90%(630mio) the new 100%(70mio)will be divided into 7mio intelligent and 63miostupid,those 63 mio stupid may have an iq of 130 but they will be stupid compared to the 7 mio iq150+ people .The only difference ,the new stupid haven an average iq of 130 instead of 100 but they will still be the stupid 90%.

You can"t solve anything with this because intelligence is relativ like almost all things and you will always have a situation where the more intelligent and better educated will look down to the rest and people being intelligent means nothing if they don't act reasonable.

Mohammed Atta was an architectual student, the boston bombers were students too-they didn't act like idiots because they were stupid but because they ignored reason and traded integrity for blind loyalty. The Judge who was responsible for this stupid verdict may have an IQ of 150 but he acted as an idiot because he followed obviously wrong rules.

It is better to follow the rules of reason and defend them than to try to eliminate 90% of the people. But if this is your wish, just do some research about the georgia guidestones-maybe your wishes will come true.

I was about to post something in support of the woman until I read the actual details of the case... I do think the sentence is way too harsh, but she was at her car with the ability to safely leave, and chose instead to grab her gun and go back into the house. This is where the narrative gets changed quite a bit. If the husband had been coming after her that's one thing, it appears she came after him. It almost sounds like she was trying to kill him and was a bad shot.
