you just said that if someone chucks a rock at you, that you're justified in taking that person's life... i simply repeated that

actually i said "somebody is throwing or beating me with that rock" so if you are just "repeating me" actually do it, dont claim you are and insert your own meaning. clearly with a little reading comprehension, and a dash of common sense, my comment would infer somebody is actually getting physically beat by said rock.

ok...throwing or beating... which can be further brocken down to

if someone is throwing a rock at me or beating me with a rock

lets eliminate the second phrase

we're left with if someone is throwing a rock... ok... this is what i said

"you just said that if someone chucks a rock at you, that you're justified in taking that person's life... i simply repeated that"

ok my bad i exchanged "chuck" with "throw" i'll correct that

you just said that if someone throws a rock at you, that you're justified in taking that person's life... i simply repeated that

dear God are you that dense. if said thrown rock is actually physically beating you like in a stoning or other similar event, then yes. i would retailiate by anyforce necassary. im not talking about your friend/rival throwing some pebbles at you on the school yard.

like i said a bit of common sense.

Except for the bullet hole in his chest, I guess.

That Zimmerman shot Martin is not disputed by anyone.

Never wanted to imply that.

I agree with you, common sense was never a part of the trial.

It's not really common sense when there is at least one other equally plausible alternative: that Martin was more pissed off than scared, as evidenced by the fact that he went back to confront Zimmerman after losing him rather than going home, and then threw the first punch (and all of the following punches), as evidenced by the fact that Zimmerman was the only one with any injuries from their apparently pretty one-sided fight.

Martin was pissed because?

He punched Zimmerman because?

He came back although he was trying to run from the creep because?

Or

Zimmerman kept following him, actually caught up to Martin, Zimmerman tried to hold him  but couldnt and got his ass kicked,he realized  Martin was too  strong,  pulled out the gun and killed Martin.

I don't agree with the verdict,even though that's what I predicted.

He could have been pissed because some "creepy ass cracker" was following him. A lot of kids that age would be more angry than frightened at being followed. I was followed by an old guy when I was about Martin's age because he was suspicious of me being in his neighborhood at night, and I sure wasn't scared of him. I was pretty ticked, though. Ultimately, he just told me that he'd called the cops on me, but if he had been more confrontational I probably would have been angry enough (and stupid enough) to push back. The idea that he might have had a gun would never have occurred to me.

And then he could have punched Zimmerman because, well... he was pissed.

He might have run because he wanted to get the drop on him or to get a better idea of who he was dealing with. When he saw that Zimmerman wasn't particularly intimidating, he might have been emboldened to teach him a lesson. I mean, anything might have happened, but it's all just speculation at this point. "Common sense" doesn't cut it.

You do know Zimmerman was driving, right?

But Zimmerman actually ran after Martin when he called he cops. Zimmerman was the only one who acted without fear he actually wanted to make sure " these assholes don't get away" and I guest he did.

I can understand how you came up with that. Sounds like a legit enough scenario of what could've happened

I personally think Zimmerman grabbed him. Trayvon couldn't fully get him off so he just continued to beat the sh!t out of him until he let go.
