If Trayvan had gone to the car pulled out Zimmerman and tried to fight, I would agree with you. But Zimmerman didnt want him to get away, he looked for him, confronted him and probably tried to hold him for the cops. But, Trayvan fought back, hit him and knocked him down, once down Zimmerman panicked, took out the gun and shot him. 

Did you even watch the trial? If not, you're speaking from a position of ignorance here and making a fool of yourself in the process.

Following someone is not "starting [a fight]."

Okay, Zimmerman was screaming for 40 seconds. You clearly have no facts to substantiate your position.

Trayvon was 300 feet from the place he was staying and 4 ENTIRE minutes to walk home. He didn't do so. Now, you tell me why someone so close to home chooses not to simply go there if a creepy person is following them? Could it be Trayvon wanted to teach this "cracker" "nigger" a lesson? Absolutely, and the evidence corroborates this.

maybe Zimmerman's original intention wasn't to shoot the unarmed kid, but he definitely was the cause of the outcome. That's why he should have stop with the dumb Barney Fife impersonation and let the cops do their job.

what has been confirmed is that zimmerman pursued martin to try to apprehend him, which he eventually succeeded in doing with a bullet to the chest

Disappointed by the trial verdict. I think he will be taken to civil court and raked over the coals just like OJ was after being found not guilty, and just like many other cases. Won't be disappointed if he's not though. The guys life is going to be a living hell either way for the rest of the time he walks the Earth. Not upset either, so you're batting 0 for 2 now :(

lol funny part is Zimmerman wasn't even fat when this happened. He was fit and in good shape. He got fat because now he stays inside all day and is scared to venture out into the public.

A thug starts to beat an innocent man. Then the man shoots in self defense according to right of law. There's indisputable evidence of that since one man was injured in the face and backhead and the other one was not.


You clearly did not follow the case. Zimmerman approached Trayvon while he was walking back home because he thought Trayvon was "suspicious". Why did he think trayvon was suspicious, was not specified beside a hoodie and his fucking skin color. Then he asked trayvon to stop while the latter tried to avoid. There are tape recordings that go with this story. He then called the police who told him to leave the boy alone, he responded verbatim "THEY always get away". Get away from what, who the fuck is they in this guy's mind. So he follows Trayvon and starts to harass him, I don't know about you but if a stranger is following me, which Trayvon said on his phone according to witness testimony, I will either run or fight them. The court did not rule that he didn't caused the fight. They ruled that he was in danger. And perhaps he was, there are too many unknowns, but what we do know for fact is that Mr. Zimmerman started the confrontation. So he instigated the whole affair and when it turned sour for him he shot the guy.

 

The ruling basically tells us this if someone harasses you in the street, then you get in a fight, if that person shoots you because he felt threatened he is right.

You clearly did not follow this trial, it was never proven who approached who, that is part of the reason for the not guilty verdict.  But we do know treyvon had four minutes of time when no one could account for him.

Also by Zimmerman own admission he wasn't sure what color trayvon was, when asked by the dispatcher he said I think he is black.  Trayvon was walking in the rain at night close to homes where there had been numerous breakins.  That was the reason for him following trayvon.
