certainly not.  everyone always complains when the free game is one they already own or don't want but the bottom line is of the 60 or whatever games you geta year you will find well over $50 worth a games you do want.

What the fuck I'm complaining about? What I'm fucking complaining about is that I've paid for live for years without any complaint, now the only time that I can get something of actual value because I been so supportive are fucking 4+ year old games! For fuck sakes at least try better

Not sure what else to tell you. MS said it wasn't part of it, and the service just kicked off. Hell during E3 they never even referenced Fable 3.

they sure didn't mention defence grid either during that part of the show :D

Defense Grid wasn't free at the time. If Fable 3 were part of the promotion, they'd have said so :D

Newer games is a given considering they are not free games for you to keep, they are merely rentals. And it took Sony awhile to get other publishers comfortable putting their games on there. Same will be true for MS. Though it might take longer since, again, these Games with Live or whatever offerings are actual free games you can keep. How can anyone know how long you have to DL the 360 games when this is the first game in the service. And you paid for the games you download on PS+. It's not a free service. Game rentals are part of the package. Hell, I don't know a single person who subscribes to PS+ for anything BUT the game rentals.

Seriously? They try and make it sound like Halo 3 and AC2 are awesome games to give away. People were already let down by that than they still managed to let the fans down even more.

Thank god Sony is putting pressure on MS by doing things with the consumer in mind. Even if your an xbox fan i think your kidding yourself to think you would be getting games with Gold if Sony wasnt offering them with plus.

Personally, I'm kind of sick of the entitlement behavior by people. Why does everyone expect to receive things for free. Why!!!!! And then when something is free, why do you complain? Why!!!!!!

Free is a promotion with the hopes that you spend more money. It is NOT to reward you for being a loyal consumer.

This is something new to MS, which will be refined over time.

Complaining about this is incredibly idiotic IMO.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

I hope it does stay and carry over to the xbox one. I just love the fact that you keep them forever unlike Sony that is as long as you pay. I have psn plus and its not that great. Most free games they offer are old games or just mini games. People think some are new (uncharted 3, BF3) but those games are old and have sold fairly enough to make them "free". They will never give a free recently launched game on psn plus. I hope the free games on xbl get better (which im sure they will)
