Looks sexy on this pic. I think it will look pretty fake IRL, though.

Why??

It looks ok I guess, kind of tacky.

It goes with my Xbox Live Gold membership!

This looks similar to the Star Wars edition Xbox 360 Wireless controller. Sans simulated torso wires on the black part.

That is exactly what I thought.  It's the C3PO controller, without the wires.

I just have no idea how it would wear.  It would be so sad if it is easy to scratch.

My Halo: Reach controllers have held up really well.  But they have a matt finish.  Seems like the shiny surface would be more delicate or more prone to show damage.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

how many has hiphopgamer on preorder?

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

Don't know.  Metallicized finishes generally wear really well.  Though scratches as you mentioned are a problem.  The biggest problem with metallicized finishes is aherence to the plastic.  But typically where that is a problem, automobiles, you're talking about something that sits in the son all day and bakes.  So the plastic is heated, leaching out the oils, which then aid in the separation of the finish from the plastic.

I don't own, but I like the chromium finishes of the blue and red controllers.  Though I appreciate the criticism that they smudge too easily.  That would be, after all, understandable.  Gold isn't my favorite color though, so this would only interest me if I had the Star Wars Xbox 360 S and wanted more controllers.  I do wish I had the Star Wars Xbox 360 though.  Possibly the best Xbox 360 model released.
