Get ready for a very long part 2 of the news:
This Batmobile-like car is coming soon to GTA Online, as well as two new modes

Ever wanted to drive the Batmobile in GTA Online? Soon you'll be able to! Kind of. The GTA community has known about the Vigilante, pictured above, and other vehicles coming in this wave of updates for a while now, but today Rockstar has officially teased it for the fall. It looks like a slightly updated version of the Batmobile from Tim Burton's 1989 Batman movie, along with the back tyres and rocket booster of the Tumbler from the Christopher Nolan Batman movies. It'll pack some ludicrous firepower, too. I'm sure Batman would approve. Ben Affleck's Batman, anyway.
Bethesda embraces anti-Nazi stance: That's 'what Wolfenstein represents'
http://www.pcgamer.com/bethesda-embraces-anti-nazi-stance-thats-what-wolfenstein-represents/
You might think that "Make America Nazi-Free Again," backed by the "NoMoreNazis" hashtag, would be a fairly uncontroversial position to take, especially for a game like Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus. Nazis, after all, are the Universal Bad Guys, and whether it's at home, or far, far away, kicking their asses is always a good idea. Yet somehow, not everyone saw it that way.
Everspace: Encounters expansion will add a new ship, factories, characters, and quests
http://www.pcgamer.com/everspace-encounters-expansion-will-add-a-new-ship-factories-characters-and-quests/
The space combat roguelike Everspace didn't make an especially good impression when it debuted on Early Access in September 2016. But things seemed to turn around in the months that followed (...)
Developer Rockfish Games aims to build on that success with a major new expansion called Encounters, announced this week and expected to be ready by the end of October. It will add a new medium fighter-class ship to the game called the Colonial Sentinel, which comes equipped with "sophisticated electronic warfare capabilities" and a double-capacity shield, plus new weapons, devices and consumables.

Update: Telltale has issued the following statement to Gamasutra, indicating that the image will be removed. "An update to the game has been submitted this morning that will be removing the image across all platforms," a representative said. "We regret this incident occurred, and we are taking appropriate action internally to ensure that we continue to maintain our high standards in Production and Quality Assurance."
The rep didn't comment on how the image ended up in the game in the first place.

Buffs galore in latest Quake Champions patch (plus a double XP weekend)
http://www.pcgamer.com/buffs-galore-in-latest-quake-champions-patch-plus-a-double-xp-weekend/
This week's Quake Champions patch was a biggie, with seven characters receiving a buff and one—acid-spitting alien Sorlag—getting a nerf.
B.J. Blazkowicz's dual-wielding ability now fires faster and cools down quicker, while mining robot Clutch receives an extra 25 health points and loses its movement penalty during the Mining Drill ability (which basically turns the drill into a lightning gun). Ice-skating Slash's damaging plasma trail can now be laid down in any direction, as opposed to just behind her.
>>Oh, well. It's too late to take part on the double XP weekend.

It's a gorgeous game, and developer Reikon has been working to make it even better by fixing the issues most commonly raised by fans, culminating in an update that tweaks the difficulty and speeds up bullet travel time to make ranged weapons more viable.
