I'm semi-vegetarian as i have meat (could easily go without beef or pork but not chicken), and fish but not that much. I have a lot of vegetarian meals and even the stuff i have with meat/ fish etc, i have some vegetables with. But I could never go without some meat (especially chicken) though and definitely not milk or cheese. I would hate to be a vegan.

Out of curiosity, why do you avoid eating eggs?

Partially it is because they are not a favourite food (I don't drink milk because I don't like it as well). But mostly because of the egg farming practices, I still buy them for my wife and daughter but I always get free range cruelty free eggs, often from a farmer with a small opperation. Factory farming stresses the chickens and produces a very poor product from a quality perpective, and salmonella rates are very high in factory eggs.

I have heard that cruelty free eggs are healthier and tastier than factory eggs. Chickens are easy enough to keep, so if/when I get my own place I plan on keeping a few for myself. I love eggs, but some of the stuff that goes on in those factories is just plain nasty.

I'm super healthy, fit, strong and well built. The heresay about vegetarianism is complete bullshit. It's been almost 10 years.

Don't you get bored of having the same stuff all the time? I need to have a variety of food. But i can see why you are called Dr. Grass now.

You mean instead of ecological? Yes, organic I guess. In Sweden that food is called ecological.

Organic means the food is produced without chemicals and stuff, right?
