I drink milk and eat honey. That's it.

Sometimes there's egg in things and I accidentally eat it. They make it hard, but I try.

I avoid garlic and onions where possible - yogi diet.

I'm super healthy, fit, strong and well built. The heresay about vegetarianism is complete bullshit. It's been almost 10 years.

Why do you avoid Garlic and onions? I would at least eat garlic as a natural bug repellant. Did that when I used to hike around mountains when I was younger. I hate bug repellant.

I lived in India for some time and these things are classified as tamasic, i.e. they cloud the mind and affect concentration. People who take meditation seriously would never eat them.

It sounds crazy (so I've learnt), but the proof's in the pudding.

Don't you get bored of having the same stuff all the time? I need to have a variety of food. But i can see why you are called Dr. Grass now.

I don't think you have any idea of how well I eat. Remember, in a meat-eating culture, vegetarianism means some boiled vegetables on the side. If you gave me 50mins to cook I'd cook you something you've never dreamt of. Yes, I cook for myself mostly....

Being a Lacto vegetarian (vegetarian+Dairy) for quite a few years myself. Just don't feel comfortable with the idea of eating animals anymore, as I know I wouldn't be capable to kill another creature to simply feed my food desires. Especially when their so much choice outside Meat to eat these days. I avoid eggs as the whole process is so incredible cruel. But I would probably eat Eggs if had my own chicken though.

I'm a vegan 99% of the time. The other 1% is when I'm eating.

You only mentioned honey and milk in the first point so i though that's all you had. But yeah there is some nice vegetarian stuff. I've had some good vegetarian curries before and vegetarian pasta dishes. It is good but i couldn't give up chicken or fish. I don't care about red meat though. But yeah it's much better to cook stuff yourself, everyone should do it. It's so much cheaper. But you can share something on here if you like, if the recipe is online on some website out there.
