Its hilarious how Square Enix have the least number of votes. Oh how times change.

I voted Sony, just because they need something worthwhile coming out of Japan studio.

I chose Nintendo. With all these rejections they've been getting, The need all the help they can get. With the exception of Namco-Bandai, I can think of a thirdparty co. that will do their IPs justice if they're just going to report losses and such from overspending on development.

Nintendo. Most of their games are already on Nintendo platforms.

Microsoft could esasily buy them but I would like Sony to do so. But How much money do they have?

Nintendo has MonolithSoft which is a great company, Sony needs something equally as good.

I don't want Square Enix because they'll run the Atlus franchises into the ground with their poor mismanagement and ridiculous expectations. I don't want Namco Bandai because even though they've started to be good to the western audiences recently, doesn't change the fact that 95% of their games don't get released in the west. I don't want a western publisher to own them.

There's either Sega, which while I'm disappointed with them as a company, but they do release games with low expectations in sales, so we could expect to receive every SMT released atleast. Nintendo, which would be a good choice. Then Sony, which is what I'd choose, having the SMT series on either the most powerful console or the most powerful handheld and Sony funds the hell out of their studios.

Sony and Nintendo or Square Enix. All three have a Japanese reputation to uphold and JRPG's are needed this gen.

Gungho would be the most likely buyer, after that would be Nintendo, Namco, then Capcom. Sony isn't likely to buy them soince they don't really buy any Japanese studios. Frankly, as long as Konami, MS, EA or Activision does not get them, I'm fine. Also, preferable that Marvelous does not get them since they also went through economic troubles recently.

Heck no! Sega's greatest talent is to kill off their franchises look at what happened to Sakura Taisen, Skies of Arcadia, Panzer Dragoon, Shenmue and now Valkyria Chronicles. Yakuza 5 may not even get a western release.

So please not Sega. No to Square Enix either unless we want a mobile phone game of Persona.

Sony or Ninty. I can live with that.

Edit: Gung Ho sounds nice. Even Tecmo Koei works since they now have Gust. Bamco 50/50 they still owe us a lot of "Tales of" games and please also no to Konami and Capcom unless we want another Suikoden and Breath of Fire (which we don't)

Marvelous Entertainment.

This is actually a good choice. I am loving Marvelous this generation, and GungHo already makes Persona without owning Atlus.
