Forums - Gaming - All that extra power won't make 3rd party games look better on PS4 than Xbone.

But that only states release date and features, why not quote the bit that says performance if it even exists. Sony have a similar policy with any game arriving after on there platform must come with additional exclusive content.

well this must fall short on PC titles, which puts the whole thing into question. bc PC blows x360 away graphically.

Its also a load of bollocks, does bioshock infinite have move support, did assaisns creed revelations come with a free copy of the original assasins creeds. That statement means jack if your one of the big publishers.

Yeah, you think Microsoft is going to say: No EA, battlefield 4 can't come to Xbox One because it looks better on PS4.

If you think that, you are out of your mind.

Yeah, because BF3 and Crysis 3 look exactly the same on 360 as on PC....how that fitted into their policies if they are about how games look on their platforms vs others?

Must ship at same time, and have content parity compared to other video game platform versions. This has nothing to do with graphical fidelity. PC has been receiving better graphics time and time again. You will see improved graphics.

won't happen.

Want proof ?
Didn't happen on 360 either and this was a 360 policy. (examples are in the article)
higher/lower textures etc. happen in nearly all multiplat games. That doesn't affect the content one bit.

I'm not sure if it's true, but from what I've read, ps4 is the easier platform to develop on now, so I'd expect games to be made on ps4 and ported to One.

Made on PC, for PC, and ported to consoles is my guess.

It doesn't say anything about graphics and performance
