FFX for sure! It was in my mind Square's last great Final Fantasy,11 is a MMO,12 was ok and 13 was below average for me. Why would you say it hasnt aged well though,i played it just last year and it seemed to still looked and played pretty good for it coming out 12 years ago.

Conker's BFD and Melee were close runner ups for me, as well as Shenmue 2 but it wouldnt count unless you played it in japanese though since we were never got an NA version on the Dreamcast.
