Doesn't matter to me. The xbone doesn't have enough interesting launch titles and does not justify paying $100 more than the ps4. 4 will always beat 1.

Pfew, posts here are coming in faster than I can read...

Good news, and a good end of the day. Those policies were evil. Let's see if MS managed to avoid a train-wreck with this shift, but it looks like XOne is back on track.

We won guys, just shows what we can accomplish if we all stick together and get along for a change !

EDIT: Plus, EA's probably pissed now so that's good.

I said in another thread that if the XBone didnt have all the DRM crap attached to it, I would consider buying it and now I am.

Though its certainly not set in stone, 'you can burn a bridge in seconds, but its can take time to rebuild'

Overall the PS4 is still more appealing to me, cheaper, no camera (which I couldnt even use sufficiently as my room is only small - not that I would want to use it anyway).

Not sure where this lands on scope, but MSFT essentially reversed their entire 10 year and future plans within a two week period. Thats insane and i dont think people understand how huge that is.

Goes to show how consumers can win in the end if they hold tight vote with their dollar.


consumers can only do that when we have options which in this case was the ps4 and also in this case Ms were trying to take away consumer options go figure..

This is good for all gamers. Whether you're getting an Xbox One or not. If Microsoft stuck to their guns and kept everything locked down, pushing most people against it to a PS4, then there wouldn be less competition and Sony might have grown lax like they have with the PS3 launch. The 360 made Sony step up their game and we've got a lot of amazing first party exclusives because of it.

This is all no thanks to the Xbox One fans who decided they'd defend against the practices Microsoft was trying for, the same Xbox fans which are going to put a spin on their previous posts and try and retract what they said since the Xbox One is now the same as the other consoles.
