Honestly most of the things MS has said and done I do not care since they wont affect me in a negative way, but this is just plain stupid.

How quickly everyone forgot that the PS3 only launched in 5 countries. This forum is a joke.

Its because its MS.

It does suck for the people who live in countries that MS never released and system in and they are interested in X1.

Yeah, but if I go buy a PS3 or a PS4 or a 360 or every friggin' console except Xbox One, it works everywhere in the world. It works in Iraq, it works in Usbekistan, it works in North Korea, it works in Iceland... you get the idea. Hell, if I take a generator with me, that sucker of a playstation even runs on the moon. There are some countries where neither of the big three are launching their consoles. But you're still able to get them anyway by importing. With the Xbox, you're importing a useless brick and that is the whole point. Sure, you can set up a VPN somewhere in Austria or whatever, but paying another ~10 $ every month just to be able to play your Single PLayer games? Really? Besides, we don't know yet if Microsoft will just block certain VPNs.

Except that PS3 is not region locked and will work anywhere?

Xbox One will only work in the 21 regions it is launching in.

PS4 will work anywhere in the world.

The worst part is the ip locking. You can't import anything. Why does microsoft have to control everything??

It is nice that you where considering buying a X1 at launch but buying a console at launch or even close to launch is very overrated in my personal opinion. Most of the launch or early launch games rarely live up to the hype.

Totally forgot that there was a D and D2 never played either of them.  Since D2 wasn't a sequel to D I doubt that D4 will have any connections with D2 or D.  A interesting side note is that D2 started its development as a game for the Panasonic M2 the succesor to the 3DO that was never released.

I thought they lost their minds before the X1 was announced and showing their true face would come soon. You know how watchful I've been of their actions and I defended them for a couple years before I gave up when I first joined.
