Does it really matter what its called?

Beyond a different story... Halo FPS is still Halo FPS. Just a bit prettier I'd imagine.

Unless this next Halo game is equivalent to ODST or Reach and the real Halo 5 will actually come after this one.

I would imagine that this will have multiplayer even if it's not a proper numbered Halo 5.  Both ODST and Reach had multiplayer.

Its clearly set after Halo 4 and we know that Halo 4 was the first game in a new trilogy.

Just call it Halo 5 and say its not the only Halo in development.

I don't see why they felt the need to do that. I mean I think everyone knew Halo was coming to the platform at some point. I guess fans will be pleased with the teaser. It definitely looked stunning.(Was it CGI?)

I kinda hope it wouldn't be Halo 5 because I prefer Microsoft releasing it at least 3 years after Halo 4. Also, if they do release Halo 5 in 2014 then I wil be extremely jealous of Xbox One owners, since I don't plan on buying an Xbox One until 2016.
