IIRC Bayonetta 2 and Mario Kart 8 were confirmed to be 1080p in their respective Developer Direct. Not entirely sure though, could also have been about being 60fps.

Mario Kart 8 yes I will get it as well but will be my 2nd game.

 

Not interested in Bayonetta 2 and X will come WAY later in my list to buy.

 

I am keeping in tradition though since I bought the GCN ;p

GCN = SSB Melee
Wii = SSB Brawl
Wii-U = SSB4!

First game I bought myself on GCN - SSB Melee

Only game I imported on Wii - SSB Brawl

You might be onto something here :P

A nice step forward for Nintendo. Zelda, Project X and Bayonetta 2 can be quite stellar if this kind of progress keeps happening (yes I am a graphics whore, deal with it). Looks like the WiiU will be my second console this gen; if those games shape up to be really good.

Really? If it's native 1080p than it's impressive, Smash Bros has more things going on on-screen than a regualr fighter, I've never seen any Virtua Fighter, Tekken or Soulcalibur running 1080p on 360 and Ps3...

It seems like most if not all of the new wave of Wii U titles are running at 1080p and 60fps. That's great, I can't wait to see them! MK8 looked very, very good.

I can already see it, Evo tournaments across the nation when Smash Bros 4 release. If they release a arcade stick for the game, I'll make Smash Bros a strong vote for GOTY :3

Good news, though 60 fps is more important. Glad we get both.
