ConeyG and I will both be hosting MK8 tournaments. In this thread people will be able to host their own tournaments as well, though. So, if you can't make it to one of the Official Tourneys, you can still gather some people in here to have a go. 

Currently I'm hosting a poll to see which time is the most popular among us/the best option for our community. The first Official Tourney will be hosted Saturday May 31st in this thread at the time that is most popular in the poll, I will pick the final time among those options. After the first Official Tourney, ConeyG will be hosting another on Sunday at whatever time he decides. After that I think I'll be hosting a tourney on Wednesday or possibly Thursday, not completely sure about what days during the week I want to host this.

Anywho, sorry about the late reply. Hopefully that makes sense.

This game is enticing enough to draw me into getting a Wii U today, I'm powerless to resist Mario and his karting. Looking forward to the tournaments!

So at least an hour to get home..... Many though, will probably practice some as well. So 2 .am on the 31st?



Yeah midnight on the 30th is the soonest we'll be able to get the game via the e-shop. However, not everyone is gonna do that, let alone stay up that late, so it'd be better to do it later in the day like 7 or 8 pm EST to give everyone a chance to get the game.

I think you mean the 30th...game releases midnight on the 30th after all. 31st is the Saturday.
