To me it mostly looks like they upped the res and....that's mostly about it. It was like watching Wii game running in Dolphin tbh.

Now 3D Mario Fans know how 2D Mario fans have felt for 20 years! lol. Crappy music, crappy graphics, crappy power ups, no ambition. This was a lame ass Nintendo Direct. Wii U is lame. X Looked nice, DKC..makes sense, even if people wanted Retro to do something original (or take the Metroid reigns away from Sakamoto) Mario Kart looks confused, they might as well make it F-Zero and throw Captain Falcon in the damn game. Smash..Needs more info, what characters will be there besides the Nintendo staples. Smdh.

I don't get the hate, i loved 3d Land and i know i am gonna love this game(Playable Peach OMG).
4 player 3D Mario looks awesome and fun, it might not be as visually pleasing as some had hoped, but i am pretty sure it will be fantastic fun to sit down and play(especially with friends).

Really, all of you are making way too many assumptions about the game based off of what you have seen.

How much information about the game did we REALLY get? Very little. What you guys are doing is assuming the game will be just like the 3DS version and I think it's too early to say they didn't toss in some more intricate things.

This is as stupid a misstep as Sunshine was for the Gamecube, and Nintendo will pay dearly for it.

Between this and NSMBU they're doing a damn good job of killing Mario though mediocrity.
