Also, they said 10 pm, not 9, but I'm going a little before 9 anyway just in case.

they only have the tournament at like 12 obgames in all of canada. its really stupid.the closest tournament to me is 500 km away. i feel left out.

Will I be able to find a copy at Best Buy on Sunday? Will they even have it then? Don't stores get a game a day or two after it's shipped?

best buy will definintely have it by then. the companies ship the games a few days earlier to guarantee that the store has the game on the release date. im pretty sure that you cant pre-order a game at best buy so all you have to do is get to the store about an hour or two before the store opens and youll most likely get a copy.

Ok, so who is using what character for the Gamestop tournament? I plan on using Pit, because of his incredible recovery, and if a bunch of Brawl novices play it (by that I mean no importers), then there probably will only be one or two deaths during the one minute. Therefore, my plan is not so much an all out offensive attack (such as using Ike or Link), but wearing my opponent down with arrows and quick attacks, and finishing him/her off with only a few seconds left. That way, if I get knocked off during the fight, I can use my incredible recovery to make it back. The only flaw in my plan is if my opponent uses Pit or MetaKnight. In this case, I gotta learn ariel maneuvers really fast

Any other thoughts? I've also been studying the Brawl Wikicheats in order to formulate a strategy, is anyone else doing this?
