Its really not hard to air dodge Thunder >.> Theres a very small percentage window for every character where Up Smash/Down Smash to Thunder is inescapable. After that, the smash either KOes or the opponent regains control before it hits and can air dodge away.

If they DI the hit it shouldn't ever be able to combo in the first place.
