Forums - Microsoft - Fantasia: Music Evolved (X360/XOne) Announced

For those wondering about whether this title is one of the 15 XB One exclusives...

Around the Network

Aren't these exclusives supposed to be developed internally? As far as I know Harmonix isn't part of Microsoft Studios, meaning that this would actually not count to the high praised number 15.

Well, thats 1 of the 15. A Disney Rhythm game.

How many more Kinect based, I wonder? Half? Its safe to assume MS 1st party will have 2-3 Kinect exclusives right? Kinect Fit, Kinect Sports Season 3, Kinect Adventures 2?

Dance Central will also be a likely feature...

Anyway. New IP ftw.

Edit - Nice find Smeags! Its gonna be a fun few days!

Harmonix makes dance central so I think they chose this game instead.Kinect sports and Kinect fit are plausible. Id say 3 out of 15 sounds about right.

Considering all the games that could of been great but were cancelled over the years and we get something like this come out? What an insult.

harmonix makes some good music games. whats wrong with having some diversity in gameplay? MS always gets bashed for shooter box, but when they anounce non shooters they get bashed too. The game will be well made since its a good dev, and covers a music genre that sell well. I dont see the problem here, I am sure at least 1 of the other 14 games will appeal to people.

TBH it was never made clear if it was internally or not (the 15).

If anybody can verify that would be great.

Exlcusive is exclusive. Doesn't matter if MS made it or not. I dont think all 15 games are produced first party, that would be a lot of work. I am sure there will be 3rd party exclusives just like for the 360.

Edit: Looks like I should read the thread first. I guess I was wrong going by smeags qoute.

I was hyped about the 15 XBONE exclusives. But after this, I'm not sure.

why?

Because it doesn't interest me and many, many others as well?

your first point is a valid point but who cares what "many many others" think? many many others will also like this and many many other don't care about something like bioshock infinite.

same with stuff like dance central or wonderbook, as long as there are people interested in stuff like that, give it to them. it's only fair to give those people also some experiences and not only the poeple who have the same taste as you or i  have (well, i even like dance central and could also like this lol)

gaming forum people should learn to accept that not everyone is like them and that a company won't work only for them. they can buy or not buy such a product but well, we will get new gifs and whatever just because microsoft is soooo bad. i'm already waiting for your next sig change.
